Turkish Airlines Baggage Policy: Your Complete Guide
Turkish Airlines Carry-on Allowance:
2 bags + 1 Personal item: Business class passengers
- 23 x 40 x 55cm: Maximum dimensions of each piece of carry-on luggage.
- 8kg: Maximum weight of each piece of carry-on luggage.
1 bag + 1 personal item
- 23 x 40 x 55 cm: Maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage.
- 8kg: Maximum weight of carry-on luggage.
Personal items do not count assistive devices and outer garments. Make sure to fit all carry-on under the seat in front of you or the overhead bin. Without any assistance, you must be able to pick your carry-on into the overhead space.
During take-off and landing, bulkhead seats do not have under-seat storage.
Checked Baggage Allowance for flights to/from the USA and Canada:
Business Class Ticket holders
- 2 pieces: Baggage Allowance.
- 32kg: Maximum Weight for each piece.
- 158cm: Maximum dimensions for each piece.
Economy Class Ticket Holder
- 2 pieces: Baggage Allowance
- 23 kg (Bags weighing 23 kg – 32 kg will be charged as excess baggage. Baggage exceeding 32 kg will not be accepted.): Maximum Weight for each piece.
- 158 cm for one piece, but the two bags cannot exceed 273 cm combined: Maximum Dimensions for each piece.
Infants
